How to Raise a Complaint with Writerrip Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Writerrip Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to send a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Writerrip Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Writerrip Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@writerrip.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm that we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
